With that price - you get access to the grounds and acrobatic shows ... and all of the fun for a day!

IMPORTANT:
Get to the Valcartier Village early! You have to remember that you are not the only ones going there on your specific day so make the effort and show up early! You will have a better chance of doing even more rides with less wait. We usually arrive around 9:30am and head for our favorites as soon as the doors open. This assures us that we will be able to get our most important rides in before everyone else shows up. By 1:00pm - it's PACKED!

Now let's look at the rides that Valcartier Vacation Village Water Park has to offer:

There are 15 general sections for his park. Some for everyone, some for the little kids and some for the "daredevils"!

Here's the info you need about Valcartier Vacation Village:

Dungeon City
River - Wow....what a ride! A real blast!

Take a ride through a medieval style dungeon complete with slides, sounds and a large Gargoyle at its entrance! have a visit with the witches, knights and other creatures during your approx. 10mins ride. We love this one!

You can also ride the Cauldron for even more laughs!

Crazy Cascades
This is another one of those lazy inner tube rides that take you around...or is it?
Well it is a relaxing ride up until you have to manoeuvre through the eddies and whirlpools and then clear the falls of each section. Great family fun!

Corkscrew
Looking for more thrills? This one may be just right for you!
Twist and turn through the turns of this slide and the only decision you'll really have to make is whether to be sitting or on your back!

Pirate's Hideout Activity Center
This is where you go to play! Kids will love the horsing around of this Valcartier Village activity center full of fun stuff like swinging ropes, water games and mini-slides! Time to get wet!

Everest
Do you have the guts to ride this one! if you have a weak heart, you're pregnant or have any fear of heights - don't do it!

While there, we learned that this is the highest accelerating slide of its kind in North America.

No wonder!

You get into position - which is already scary since you have facing directly down the slide while lying on your stomach. As you take off - maximum speed is achieved very quickly and you may reach a speed of up the 50mph!
Wow!
Then it's all over before you know it and back up the stairs you go for another death defying ride!

Daredevil Drop
Here's another one for the "non-faint of heart group".
Take a walk up to the top of the Water Castle and then take a trip of what feels like "straight down" and end up safely in the water of the lake!

Cockadoodle Farm
Great place for the little ones (this is often where grandparents will bring the grand kids and you'll also see a lot of new moms and dads)

Animal themed park that offers "just their size" slides and activities. Beware - your little ones may just not want to leave!

Wave Pool
If you like wave pools - you are bound to have fun here!

This is a wave pool that's 300ft in length and accommodates lots of people. Your waves will rise to as high as 5ft so just be careful. You will experience up to 8 different wave patterns generated by their wave machine modules.
*Children under the age of 2 must be accompanied by an adult but as parents - we will even suggest that you keep a close eye on all smaller children since they like to venture out into the waves and it can be dangerous if they don't stay standing up!

Artificial Lake
This is a great little area for the smaller kids because it features a Water Castle and they will have such a blast! There is also Game Island for even more activities.
